VerifiedReally pleased to be able to take this bike for a quick ride on city roads, the electric assist meant I didn’t sweat on short rides and the 250 watt motor performed well on flat surfaces and smaller slopes. I did have a few minor issues when I started using the bike. the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect, but then after some guidance from customer service, I found out that my own phone was causing the problem. Customer service was very patient in guiding me through the problem.

VerifiedAlthough this bike only has a 250w motor and a top speed of 15mph, it complies with UK law and is safer for me. The bike does not need to be registered, taxed or insured. There is a shelf above the back seat that can hold some temporary items, and a nice display to monitor battery level and travel speed. There was a little problem with the installation, but the customer service helped promptly, great!
