Generally it takes 1-2 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday or Sunday.

2. Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your orders from our UK or EU local warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on Bodywel.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

5. Shipping Details
We offer Free Shipping on all orders and No tax. A remote fee may be charged for remote areas and will be calculated at checkout.

Note:
Handling Days: The Handling Day tells you when a package leaves our warehouse.
Transit Days: The Transit Day is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, etc.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only provide online sales services to European countries, and Countries outside Europe do not support it for the time being.
