The bike arrived very well packaged and easy to assemble. I had a problem with the French carrier, but Bodywel’s customer service is really great, they sorted it out. It’s really a very nice bike, powerful and responsive, very stable and easy to ride for such a big model. The seat post is a bit hard, I replaced it with a more comfortable seat post. In F20PRO, I ride at least 80 km. Pure bliss!

Es una bici excelente para dar paseos. Incluso para subir por montaña. Eso sí, como te quedes sin batería, estás acabado porque la bici pesa cerca de 24.5kg y es imposible moverla sin ayuda externa.

I am on my third day with my F20pro and I find it fantastic and very versatile. Perfect for short urban trips, for trips on dirt terrain and for any pavement you want to ride. Very good construction quality and excellent value for money. In some reviews I had read that the bike was heavy, I think instead that it is absolutely appropriate for the power of the engine and essential for safety during its use.
